Rex Outhier, CEO and Executive Director. Rex came to Weatherford from Okeene, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor degree in recreation leadership. Rex enjoys golf and basketball. He is active in Kiwanis Club of Weatherford, Oklahoma. Rex has two daughters, Alexa and McKinley.  ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Todd Earp, Program Director. Todd is from Mountain View, Oklahoma.  He is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and currently working on his Master's degree in Parks and Recreation Management.  As Program Director, he oversees many activities at the YMCA, including running the basketball leagues, soccer leagues, volleyball leagues, Blastball, flag football leagues, softball leagues, coach-pitch and t-ball leagues, Golf, Youth & Government, Fun Nights, Lock-Ins, special events and much more.  He serves as a board member for the Oklahoma YMCA Youth & Government Program. Jennifer Osborn, Aquatics/Fitness Director.  Jennifer is from Chickasha, OK and graduated from Chickasha High School.  She is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and currently working on her Master's degree in Parks and Recreation Management while also running on the SWOSU Cross Country Team.  She has been a Lifeguard for 6 years and has managed the YMCA Pool as well as the Weatherford Municipal Pool for three years.  While coordinating the aquatics side of the YMCA, Jennifer is also in charge of the Fitness Programs.  She had organized and managed the annual Love 146 Run for the last 3 years and is now integrating more programs into the Y.  Jennifer obviously enjoys running and swimming and also enjoys reading as well when she's not on a treadmill or in the pool.  ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Sharbee Heinrichs, Child Development Center Director. Sharbee is a native of Weatherford. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Sharbee also has her Associate Degree in Child Development from Redlands Community College and her Child Development Credential (CDA). She has also obtained the National Administrator Credential. She also is a member of Western Early Child Care Association WECA, Oklahoma Child Care Association and the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Sharbee oversees all aspects of the YMCA Child Development Center. The YMCA Child Development center obtained their National Accreditation from the National Early Childcare Program Accreditation which enabled the YMCA Child Development Center to become a three star facility. Lynnette Terry, School Age Program Director.  Lynnette has worked with the Great Plains Family YMCA child care program since 2003. She is a graduate of Altus High School and a graduate of SWOSU with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  Lynnette has also received her Child Development Associate credential as well as an Associates in Child Development and Family Studies from Redlands CC.  She is a member of the National and Oklahoma After School Association and WECA.  Lynnette strives to provide safe, fun and educational activities year round during after school time and summer camp.    Lynnette also enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and they are both glad to call Weatherford, OK their home!   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Great Plains Family YMCA Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to the advancement of the YMCA’s mission For Youth Development, Healthy Living & Social Responsibility.

The board members serve three-year terms, donating their time to the success and well-being of the YMCA and going beyond their duties by volunteering for many YMCA special events and projects.
