The Great Plains Family YMCA offers a Tot's Gym Program Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. This gives parents/guardians an opportunity to exercise while their children enjoy many different fun and safe activities provided by the YMCA's caring staff. Children ages 2 years old to 5 years old are welcome.
