Rex Outhier, CEO and Executive Director. Rex came to Weatherford from Okeene, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor degree in recreation leadership. Rex enjoys golf and basketball. He is active in Kiwanis Club of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and YMCA Oklahoma Alliance Sports Coordinator. Ruby Parker, Front Desk Manager and Membership Coordinator. Ruby is from Arvonia, Virginia.  She enjoys stain glass, reading, and running or walking, as well as spending time with her family. Ruby is married to Jerry and they have one daughter, Mary, and a son-in-law, Brad.  Ruby truly enjoys her grandsons, Parker and Conner. Sharbee Heinrichs, Child Development Center Director. Sharbee is a native of Weatherford. Todd Earp, Program Director. Todd is from Mountain View, Oklahoma.  He is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. As Program Director, he oversees many activities at the YMCA, including running the basketball leagues, soccer leagues, volleyball leagues, Blastball, flag football leagues, softball leagues, coach-pitch and t-ball leagues, Golf, Youth & Government, Fun Nights, Lock-Ins, special events and much more.  He serves as a board member for the Oklahoma YMCA Youth & Government Program. Jessica Swaney Branson, Fitness Coordinator. Jessica was born and raised in Thomas, OK.  She oversees and runs the fitness programs and exercise classes for the YMCA.  Jessica graduated High School in 2002 and went through Cosmetology school and worked her way through college doing hair.  She has an Associate's degree in Applied Science from North West Technology Center in Alva, OK.  She is a Certified Massage Therapist and a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.  She has been working in the fitness industry for 4 years and the last two of those years at the YMCA.  She has a son, Kaleb and is currently living in Thomas. The Great Plains Family YMCA Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to the advancement of the YMCA’s mission to build strong kids, strong families, strong communities.

The board members serve three-year terms, donating their time to the success and well-being of the YMCA and going beyond their duties by volunteering for many YMCA special events and projects.
